Eugen Klein, Royal Le Page Sussex Klein Group founder and principal, was recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 in 2013, shortly after completing his term as President of the REBGV.  The BC native started his career after he graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of British Columbia. He founded the Klein Group in 1999, which is now an industry leading real estate brokerage in Vancouver.

Upon founding Klein Group, he worked tirelessly to create an industry leading group that has represented buyers, sellers, tenants and landlords in both commercial and residential real estate. Klein Group was recognized as #1 in Canada among brokerage teams in Canada by Royal LePage Commercial in 2017.

An innovative thinker with broad experience in both for-profit and not-for profit sectors - along with experience in real estate, finance and capital markets, investment and asset management. He has proven his ability to think outside the box when delivering creative and profitable solutions for competitive markets.

In addition to Klein Group, Eugen focuses a large amount of his time serving on corporate boards. In 2012/2013, he acted as President of the of the Real Estate Board  and media spokesperson for the organization compromising of 11,800 REALTORS®. Eugen also sponsors a number of organizations in his endeavors to building awareness regarding significant issues and supporting the arts community in various volunteer capacities.  He is also a board member on the Land Title and Survey Authority for British Columbia.

Being a resident of the Lower Mainland and raised in North Vancouver, he is an avid fisherman, cook, and passionate about the outdoors.
